Shipping
Shipping is available via UPS only to the following states: CA, CO**, HI, ID, IL, IA, MO, MN*, NM, OR, TX, WA, WI and WV. If you have questions about shipping to your state please call us at 707-965-1600 ext. 704. *MN customers must call the winery to order.
**CO customers must visit the winery to have wine shipped. Please call the winery for an appointment.

We recommend a business delivery address or any address where an adult can sign for the wine during the week. No P.O. Boxes will be accepted.
Flying Horse sells and ships wine only to persons 21 years of age or older. By placing this order with Flying Horse you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years of age.
When the wine is delivered, UPS requires the recipient to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, we will cooperate with authorities to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Wine Storage
Sorry, we are unable to hold your order at the winery for later pick-up.
Returning or Exchanging an Item:
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Wine must be returned within one week of delivery. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:
- Circle the item(s) you are returning on the order form included with your purchase.
- Please write the reason for the return at the bottom of the order receipt.
- If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the item you would like us to send at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to indicate the address where you would like us to send the exchanged item if different from the original address.
- Pack and seal your return item along with the order receipt.
- Return item(s) to Flying Horse, 1600 Aetna Springs, St. Helena, CA 94574
Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.
